External Hard Disk Dock USB

Can anyone suggest or recommend an external USB Hard Disk Dock for 3.5 and 2.5 SATA Drives?

The reason i ask is the ones ive tried have always tended to be slow and unreliable.

Ive ordered one guys, it seems to have good reviews and a replacement hard disk thats packed in.
