Re: Amazon and Visa credit cards
Amazon says UK customers will not be able to pay for goods using a Visa credit card from January, blaming a "high cost of payments".
The online retail powerhouse emailed customers on Wednesday morning to confirm the move would take effect from 19 January and clarified that no other credit cards, or Visa debit cards, would be included in the ban. I'm glad my Credit Card is a Master Card, will have to check what my Revolut is, my bank is also converting their debit cards from Visa to MasterCard. https://news.sky.com/story/amazon-to...cards-12470641 |

We use Visa debit cards so we will be alright when the change comes.

Using my debit card at these times helps me to smooth out my expenditure. You also get extra protection for your purchases via credit card. I suspect some sort of ‘agreement’ may be arrived at before Jan 19th. |
