Can't access webmail
 

Hi just wondering if anyone is having problems accessing webmail through their account. When I go on it presents me with a clunky looking white screen with just a few fields asking me to change the password. This is with both the primary account and secondary accounts. No such problem when using an e-mail client (Thunderbird in my case). This is with ntlworld addresses.

I have never accessed Ntlworld email via the web but i can confirm that it is working via pop3 in Outlook.

Not that i use an ISP email account anymore it is not advisable.

Just checked via the web and i can log in just fine.

Thanks Snoopz, on further investigation it appears to be a cache/cookies issue on my browser. Tried it in a private window and it worked OK.
I just wanted to check if some mail had been filtered out at their end, fdon't normally use it.

VMs webmail always has been very 'flaky'.

No issues with webmail here.

I did manage to find a capital "C" for you, and put it in the title. ;)
