Sales Team Issues
 
Called Customer Services this morning and spent half an hour on the phone trying to get our bill down and see what the best package was.
We were offered a price on the Full House package and we asked what it included. The advisor said she would check and the line went dead.

We called back to discover that the order was being processed. WE DID NOT AGREE TO THIS. So now we're on a bigger package than we want. :mad::mad::mad:

Asked to complain and was put through to a 3rd person who was very unhelpful. Refused to put us through to a manager or supervisor to discuss our issue.

Have checked and our TV channels have now changed adding extra channels. No confirmation email.

Can anyone provide a telephone number for someone UK based that I can put a complaint to. The offshore people have been no help.

Here is a number that will hopefully sort out your problem it is 0800 952 2277 and as far as I'm aware this number is for Virgin Media customer relations based in Sheffield, what I like about it is it is UK call based :)

Fantastic hopefully they will be able to sort things and who know's maybe even a better deal fingers crossed :)
