Thinkbroad bqm problems

I had a look at my hub3 stats and all I can see is 04/03/2019 01:44:7 Error DHCP REBIND WARNING - Field invalid in response;CM-MAC=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;CMTS-MAC=xxxxxxxxxxxxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0; Would this cause my graph to act up? |

Check if your IP has changed.

the shub being offline (i.e. no internet connection) or if you are online you received a new and different ip address when the shub requested a renewal. If you remember when you set your bqm up you have to register your ip address for their system to ping. If there isn't a router on the other end of that address anymore there isn't anything to respond to the pings and hence the red.

Remember if you copy and paste the BB code link that they offer the graph will appear full sized here.
As above make sure there's a firewall on somewhere. I use the router's one here. |
