Uploading video to Facebook

Prior to moving to Win10, I could upload almost any video to Facebook. Now I get around an 80% failure rate and I can't figure out why.

The formats, size, content, etc. all seem to comply with FB's criteria. And even converting them to another format doesn't help.

Any ideas? :dunce:

Maybe FB has issues especially with the increased use of the internet at the moment?

It's been like it since day one, about a month, and I have been trying to understand it logically to no avail so far.
