Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Tonight I watched "Battleship" 'cos I bought the DVD for a fiver in Tesco.
And I have to say I thought is was very enjoyable. Forget all the pretentious gob*****s. |
Re: Rate the last movie you saw

Re: Rate the last movie you saw

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Skyfall. 5/10 at best.
Casino royale was much better. Not seen Quantum Of Solace so can't comment there. Skyfall, however just felt like it had no substance to it. A bit of the old knees-bent running-around crap. And that was it. The baddy was awful. How he managed to get so many people working for him to fulfill a personal vendetta I'll never know. Yeah. Bit of a crappy film to be honest. |

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
I quite enjoyed skyfall, although I have yet to see the other two with him in it.
Battleship on the other hand I thought was a big pile of poop. Different strokes for different folks and all that. |

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Just got back from Les Mis - which was much better than I thought it would be.
Didn't bother with the audio description in the end though. |
Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Argo 8/10. Would have been 9 but I couldn't buy into the premise that an Iranian Revolutionary Guard truck could keep up with a fully loaded 747 at take off speed... :erm:

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Still won best picture though...

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
I thought Lincoln should have won it myself but at least Daniel Day Lewis won best actor

Mama - 7/10
Quite an effective shocker with some truly eek! moments and an ending that isn't just a cop out start to a franchise as most horror films tend to be these days. |
