Excel emailed spreadsheet loses hyperlinks
 

Hi all

My spreadsheet has some hyperlinks.... linked to documents on my local works drive (P)...when I email sheet to other people at work the links don't work although they have access to the same works drive...... hovering over the links on other peoples machine it appears the hyperlink have changed to their local drive(C) rather than the main works drive(P)...and then don't work.

Any ideas on what the issue is and how it fix

Try using the full UNC path rather than the drive mapping for the links:

\\ServerName\ShareName\FolderName\FileName.xlsx

It's a common problem when writing HTML. You have to specify the source path correctly.
