Changing bundle fee.

A lady has posted a complaint on social media about Virgin and how she negotiated not to have a price increase.

This wasn't honoured and the price went up. I have seen lots of complaints about this happening in the past, but she says they 'had the cheek to add on a Changing bundle fee'.

I have never heard of this before, is this a new charge that they've introduced?

Probably made up as part of rant. Some people moan for the sake of it

I don't blame her for complaining that the deal wasn't honoured, but if such a thing turns out not to exist, she could have made it up, yes.

All current fees are listed here https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/the...ff/priceguides

It's possible that are part of the new bundle agreement it included a kit change or V6 > 360 upgrade
