But not every Oxfam worker is involved..particularly those who volunteer in the high street shops.Calling them toxic is a bit much.

It is not aimed at most normal workers and volunteers but those higher up who are responsible for running the organisation.

Oxfam are a lucky charity, they'd have gone under when this was breaking but for a massive bequest
