CcCleaner works fine for me. You just need to be careful to opt out if anything else it wants to install when updating. No different to any other free software that has to fund itself somehow.

Totally agree with that, I have it also and have never had a problem with it.

I have used CCleaner from the very beginning and works well for me.

The question was about their browser . Used the cleaner for sometime with no problem but not need now.
