Win 10 mail app just shows a envelope symbol

Windows 10 mail app just displays a symbol of a envolope.

It was ok yesterday.

Is any one else having this problem?

At a guest I'd say it is telling you that you have mail.

It normally goes and shows the mail messages but it just stays at the envelop symbol.

I have run my security software and there are no viruses.

I've had several spam mails recently with a date of 1.1.70 (Start of Unix time) maybe you've got one of those tied up in the inbox?
