Phoning 789 and waiting times.
 
I have just got a VM unlimited sim card for my mobile and fitted it and have the PAC code from the supplier i am leaving. I have waited about two hours this evening in the queue and then hung up.

I will try again tomorrow evening and see if i get better luck then !!

Is there a way i can do this process online? i have tried registering as a new VM mobile customer on their website.

I entered my VM mobile number but it then asks for a security answer which is my mothers maiden name but it won't accept it as being correct.

If i am registering for the first time how will the system know what my mothers maiden name is to begin with?

Any help would be appreciated thank you.

I called the 789 number at 8am this morning as this is the time the lines open. They answered my call in only a few seconds.
