Flash Video Downloading

Can anyone point me in the right direction for either a website on an addon for Chrome that can be used to download Flash video that's embedded into a website?

Given the security risks posed by Flash and the fact that even its manufacturer won’t distribute plugins for it any more … I really wouldn’t.
