Tried because BBC I player via V6 says broadband is not working . But it is very strange, tried to check for issues hence this message. Clear Virgin has not got any better in the intervening time I have been away. :confused: |

Just checked all your links and they are all working for me over here in Manchester. Signed in on My Virgin Home and VM.com and got all the information including using the broadband options within the Help & Support pages.
I realise you have probably tried this but could using the mobile app https://www.virginmedia.com/help/wha...ia-connect-app give you an idea of what is happening? |
