Is this site legit i thought it was an obvious scam, not really sure anymore judging by Tafs replies?

It’s safe it’s part of the customer feedback program

Re: VM "The Connection"

An expired certificate is not necessarily a sign of a scam site. I've seen it a few times on trusted sites. Often (at least in the past) has been due to self certification.
In the main there is nothing wrong with that as long as you remember to renew it, humans being humans quite often forget until reminded.:)

I had it on Sky News a couple of times before Christmas.

No reply from Claire, and the security issue is still seen by Firefox.

Hi Taf, I'm also a member of the Connection, it is offline for the present. There is a holding page visible using Chrome which states
Quote:

Welcome to The Connection
A huge thank you to all our Connection members for their contribution over the course of 2018. Your feedback has been used across multiple areas of the Virgin Media business to make sure we consider customer needs.

This site is currently on hold for the moment. We will be in touch in the future when we have further questions.

Best wishes,

Fingers crossed for you that Claire will respond to you quickly. I would check my spam/junk folder just to be on the side of caution
