Channels I was watching Tuesday morning are not available now
 

As title says, I was able to watch W HD on Tuesday morning before I went to work, just got in and the channel is now not available to watch. How can it suddenly be changed? I am on the Player bundle if that makes a difference. I know the bill got paid OK as all other channels I had Tuesday morning are still there (AFAIK) but it seems that W HD is suddenly not on my package. Any suggestions please? Not too fussed about recording in SD, just a bit puzzled as to why it would be there to watch and record for nearly a month then poof it isn't.

W HD doesn’t appear on the Player or Mix bundle Channel list, just the Full House or VIP - not sure how it was available.

All of the UKTV channels were made available to everyone over the Christmas period. They have now reverted to their normal packages.

Ah, thanks spider that explains it. Like I said, not fussed about not having them it just was confusing to have them one minute and not the next.
