Fantastic, that is what it should be like fir everyone first time round. They wont collect the boxes, you need to take them to your local tip for recycling.

Keep hold of the TiVo for now in case they do ask for it. Plenty still get refurbished.

I'm pretty sure that VM are currently collecting the 500GB TiVo boxes again.

It should be made clear in the box that new V6 comes in VM want the old TiVo box back.

they said that with mine, and previous shubs and they never come and get them.

They took both my old boxes away when I had my V6 boxes installed.

Ive still got my old Superhub 2 and VHD box so I will hang onto them and my Tivo for a year and if I don't hear from them I will dispose of them responsibly.

The Sh2 and V HD definitely won't be asked to be returned once they're not in use.

lol i gather its a no then. was supposed to get 300 when i signed up but could only get 200 in my area then ,now they're saying 500 is available in my area.
