CNN has been removed from the Freesat EPG, but currently remains unencrypted in both SD & HD, so can still be tuned manually if you have a receiver with non-Freesat mode operation.

It’s has been removed from the Freesat EPG (as well as Virgin and BT TV) but is available as a free to air service ‘for now’ if you manually tune.

It may also still be available on Freesat devices that aren’t set to auto refresh.

It seems an odd thing to mention when it's not even a particularly good picture for an SD channel, let alone HD or 4K.

It looked worse on my Freesat HD box than on my Freeview TVs doing upscaling.
