The Flash

Season 4 Comic-Con Trailer

Re: The Flash

Season 6 will be divided into two parts. This season will break from format a little in that it will have two major halves separated by the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover. "In the past, we've had 22 episodes with one big bad," said showrunner Eric Wallace at San Diego Comic-Con. "We're going to take those 22 episodes and ... we're going to divide it up into two graphic novels. Graphic novel number one will be the first half of the season — a self-contained story with Dr. Ramsay turning into Bloodwork. We go to Crisis for an interlude, and then the back half in a completely self-contained story that's graphic novel number two with a second big bad."

Re: The Flash

they need to because the story arc in the last season felt like it dragged on for way too long. At least they are trying to fix Flash unlike Arrow.

Re: The Flash

They don't need to fix Arrow as its ending. Won't be the same without Felicity though. Perhaps she'll make a surprise appearence towards the end. Who knows?

Yes, it did drag on a bit.

lol, it cracks me up when stuff like this happens. At first glance the information appears to drop casually in conversation and has been unplanned but when you think about it it is perfect positioning. Contract negotiations are coming up so mention a possible season 8 and 9 but not guaranteed, get the fans going on twitters and facebook demanding a renewal and you are in a far better position for $$$. "Sorry guys, 7 seasons was enough for me and I feel like it is time for me to move on and grow as an actor...…………...what...………….double my salary?, oh go on then".

I don't agree with it at all. Those are 6+ years old and smack of someone trying and failing to be funny. In a couple of years you won't be able to work if you ever do one thing wrong on social media.

yeah it's pathetic

Wells and Cisco are leaving this season. It is the actors' decision and they aren't being killed off so there is an option to return in the future and make guest appearances in odd episodes.

Re: The Flash

Wells already left, about 4 episodes ago.
Cisco will leave at the end of the season I believe.

I still find The Flash midly entertaining so we'll see where it goes.

(Unlike Supergirl which started so well for 2 or 3 seasons before being hijacked by all the liberal preaching mixed with weepy whining).
I end up skipping through large parts of episodes these days, I wont miss it when this season ends.

I haven't even watched this present series due to what you have put forward. I most likely won't bother either.

I watched the first couple of eps which concluded the story from the last season but I haven't started this season yet nor Supergirl. I will catch up eventually.

The Flash finished airing its seventh season in recent weeks, and big plans are in motion for the season eight premiere. The episode will kick off a new crossover event that will feature Arrowverse characters, past and present, as they help Team Flash fight a new alien race that is threatening Earth.

Deadline revealed the following about the plot of the event on The CW:

“In ‘Armageddon,’ a powerful alien threat arrives on Earth under mysterious circumstances and Barry (Grant Gustin), Iris (Candice Patton) and the rest of Team Flash are pushed to their limits in a desperate battle to save the world. But with time running out, and the fate of humanity at stake, Flash and his companions will also need to enlist the help of some old friends if the forces of good are to prevail.”

Those appearing in the event on The Flash include Javicia Leslie as Batwoman, Brandon Routh as The Atom, Cress Williams as Black Lightning, Chyler Leigh as Sentinel, Kat McNamara as Mia Queen, and Osric Chau as Ryan Choi. Tom Cavanagh and Neal McDonough are also returning in their villainous roles of Eobard Thawne and Damien Darhk, respectively.
