Finally, someone who thinks the same as I do!!! What is Meryl Streep doing? As for Pierce Bronsan - must have needed telephone bill money urgently!!

Bedtime Stories. Took Bethia to cinema to watch and expected an ok film but it was well funny. All the Happy Madison lot were in it a couple of cameo roles by Rod Schneider and a few other faces you will recognise including Russel Brand and Guy Pearce. Humour is excellent story is excellent and the kids will love top fun :) 9/10

Airplane!: Still funny, a classic. 8/10

The Shaggy Dog: Very good remake of The Shaggy D.A. - much better than the original. :) 8/10

2 Fast 2 Furious: Cool sequel, shame we didn't get to see more of Devon Aoki though. :naughty: 8/10

My Neighbor Totoro: Charming family-friendly fun from Studio Ghibli. Plus: Catbus! Cutest. Transport. Ever. 8/10

I started watching the third one,Tokyo Drift,on ITV2 last night but had to turn it off & get some sleep, before it knocked me to sleep.
Watched most of the first two the previous couple of nights and while they weren`t quite so bad their more my lads cup of tea than mine.

Will be watching it just for vin!

Fast & Furious are somewhat boring though, mostly fake cgi and slow speeds with speeded up frames to make it look fast.

Don't even come close to the real thing aka initial d, speedway freeway, evolusi and so fourth.

Watched Predator 2 *BluRay* last night

5/10

Not as good as i remember, still prefer the first one.

"In search of a midnight kiss"

It's outstanding. When I realized that it was black and white, I was getting ready to get rid of it, but an amazing photoshop session (!!!!) in the beginning of the film, made me realize that this director had the balls to surprise.

Very unusual Indie production, very good acting. Get it!

If you have seen it, do not spoil it for the others.

Where did you hear there was lots of CGI, from the making of documentaries on the HD DVDs and DVDs all the car races were shot properly, well for the first two films anyway.

Am so glad they are bringing all the cast from the first movie back for the new one.

Just watched Rear Window 9/10 - fantastic film and still stands up in the modern World.

Also the Birds 8/10 - effects haven't aged but its a pretty scary film all the same.

Bit of a Hitchcock afternoon for me:)

I've not seen Tokyo Drift yet, as I should hopefully be recording it tonight.

Hmm... Sounds alright in theory, except for the fact that the way it's phrased kinda makes it sound like Brian's the 1 who's just got out of jail, not Dom. I was under the impression that Brian managed to avoid prison by way of agreeing to work on the case in 2F2F?

My fave is "North by Northwest". Love it. Actually saw it at the cinema once too, way back at uni at the on-campus cinema.
