Kelly Communications- How do you get paid exactly ?

Im new here so please be gentle. I am starting Kelly's Open Reach course soon and have read alot of forum posts here......:shocked:..... heyho i'm gonna give it a try cos i aint earning bugger all otherwise.

Aside of the other stuff......how exactly do you get paid ?

Self Employed ?? they havent asked for my UTR....
