Just trying to upgrade...
 

Hi all, appreciate VM are busy etc

Trying to upgrade my package now me and my partner are WFH, our upload is struggling (she uploads a lot of graphics files) however i've currenlty been on hold for an hour and a half to CS.

I cant upgrade online as i get the "Oops something went wrong!" error message.

Is there any other way i can get my package changed? I don't really want to go out to a store to see if they can do it for obvious reasons.
