Intermittent issue - Any advice?

4 Attachment(s)
I've been having issues all afternoon. I called VM and no local issues so looks like its either my Superhub or I think its the RFog box as the OK/Alarm green/red led keeps flicking between the two and I also noticed the green led on the white plug (HDU?) also keeps flashing when its usually just on.

The superhub keeps failing to Lock on or it just has 1 channel that locks on then goes off and it shows various issue messages, Access denied or No RF signal detected as attached.

Anything else I can try as Engineer wont be here until Monday and like many I'm working from home so rely upon my connection.

I would guess it is a network issue which they haven't picked up on yet. Give it till the end of tomorrow and when enough people have rang up and enough tech visits have been booked they'll realise there is a problem and it will be fixed pronto. Don't be surprised if you get a text or something telling you your appointment for Monday has been cancelled.

I checked with neighbours this morning and they are fine and also called the service status line again and no issues reported so this looks like my issue.

I noticed that the LED on the RFoG ONU light keeps flicking between green and red, green for connection red for Alarm, so it seems to connect/disconnect which I guess corresponds with why the router reports Locked and Not Locked

Annoying that you have to wait till Monday but the tech will give you a new shub.
