Looks like they are having continual problems. Will Virgin be aware of this?

I haven't noticed problems, but clearly you aren't the only one with an unusual graph. These look like reboots. Currently, I cannot access my modem GUI to see if there have been updates.

I find it always best to assume Virgin are NOT aware and you need to call.
Until 2-3 users call in the fault is often expected to be local to jyst you. Quote:

They are aware of the fault, as of Friday/Saturday/Sunday, BUT today they are are saying there is no fault.
