Looks like they are having continual problems. Will Virgin be aware of this?

I haven't noticed problems, but clearly you aren't the only one with an unusual graph. These look like reboots. Currently, I cannot access my modem GUI to see if there have been updates.

0800 561 0061 There is a complex fault in your area, our engineers are working hard. We do not know when it will be completed.

I find it always best to assume Virgin are NOT aware and you need to call.

Until 2-3 users call in the fault is often expected to be local to jyst you.

I have always found that once they are aware of the issue and there is a fault reference for it it usually gets fixed in 4 hours. The hard part is getting them to admit there is something wrong to start off with.

Re: V.m. Having a bad time yesterday & today

They are aware of the fault, as of Friday/Saturday/Sunday, BUT today they are are saying there is no fault.
** As of 10:17 message has now changed back to "complex issue... taking us a little longer etc.

Ring them back and give them the fault reference and tell them it is not fixed.
