First off i can see some here having a good giggle over this.
I have asked for my TV to be disconnected on the 30th of January. I confirmed when i spoke to retentions that i would ONLY have my tv disconnected and nothing else. Sooooo Today i lose my broadband and tv. Look down the road and there is a guy in the cab. So i shout him and ask him what he is doing. Says he is disconnecting as per his order. So i tell him to reconnect as he has it wrong. He does that. He then pulls up outside my house and says he has a order to disconnect my services. Broadband TV and Phone. I tell him its on the 30th of January and its only TV. After some discussion he leaves. I am now onto Customer services and have been for 15 mins and counting so i can then ask for the retensions number so i can ask what the hell is going on. Now i know how some can get so upset with NTL. :LOL: They better not have me down for full disconnection as i might just take them up on it now. :LOL: How it turns around :) Go on have a good giggle |

mostly they do sort it
but when you get to the third and forth phone call you know things will just get worse lol good luck any how i am waiting for my new bill on 3 for 30 offer with any luck no phone calls will be needed :) |

Unfortunatly,disconnections are carried out by outside contractors,like Kelly Comms, & thats where the problem lies.
