MOTORS TV : NTL DEBUT DELAYED
The much anticipated debut of Motors TV, "The High Speed Television" Network on British cable operator, NTL has been delayed.

Our appoligies but this delay is not of Motors TV's doing and we hope that all motor racing fans who suscribe to NTL's "Family Pack" will begin to receive Motors, on channel 173 within the next few weeks.

Just seen this on their (MOTORS TV) website. I hope this doesn't delay the other channels planned tomorrow.

At which point of the 8th Sept should we be receiving the other new channels?

Reason I ask is its now 00:30 and they're still not with us!

Well the channels are there, but they are just hidden as you can tell from the delay if you type the number in :)

this truly is typical

i was getting all excited this morning hopeing to see the horror channel added to the line up and (i shouyld have known really) NTL seem to have messed somthing up,hope we have the new channels by the weekend as the wife is going out and i was looking forward to a night of trashy movies

The Horror Channel has received an enormous amount of requests from fans to see the channel broadcast on NTL and Telewest.

The Horror Channel was due to be broadcasting NTL Channel 174 from Wednesday 8th September, but due to a technical issue the launch will now happen between the 15th and the 22nd of September. We will keep you posted of any further updates.

There is no confirmed launch date for Telewest, although negotiations continue apace and we should be able to bring you some good news soon.

SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION

So it looks like it will at least another week or two untill these new channels are launched on NTL!
