after 10 mins of waiting and being told the system is processing the request by the lady on the phone I hung up. Should of only taken 2 mins max.

Have I understood this correctly, as I am on the VIP collection, I now get free calls from my landline to any mobile network? Seems too good to be true. If so, do I have to register for this, or am I upgraded automatically?

The new VIP Collection costs more, so you have to choose to upgrade

Sorry Ben, but I'm confused by this. If you are already on VIP does it now include free calls to mobiles? I can't see any extra add on for it?

The VIP Collection has been changed to included Talk Unlimited Extra - whereas before it included Talk Unlimited

However at the same time it also went up in price to cover the change

You have to phone customer services to update to the latest version of the VIP Collection, it's not automatic nor can you do it online

Well the current price is £99 + £13.90, so the price different would be that minus whatever you are paying now
