Sorry not had enough coffee when i posted that. It was a bit of a dig at when people come on here and just say VM is crap and never post the info to back up there rant. I have now had some coffee and see why my post did not convey what i meant :LOL:

I think from now on my first post of the day must be made after i have had a drink of coffee to kick start the grey matter first ;)

I'm another person pulling my hair out with the same issue... frustrating as I can't login on the swtor forums to log the problem!! Only been this week it's gone belly up. Please get this sorted soon VM!

I don't play SWTOR but I can confirm that tracerts time out and I can't access the website.

Got to be honest it's not very impressive if this is a Virgin issue.

To be fair the linked thread on the VM forums shows evidence of a routing cluster****.

I am lately seeing semi regular routing issues on my VM connection, by far more regular then I have ever seen on other isp's. Usually the issues are within VMs internal network and sometimes its on a border router.

I think you will find the site is experiencing very heavy traffic due to the beta starting this friday and users are having to re do passowrds etc so the site is being hit lots
