Well mine is Cumberland sausages with mashed potatoes and mushy peas and then roast chicken as another of my favourite meals as well.

Favorite meal for me is home made cauliflower cheese with lots of extra strong cheese, dijon and english mustard, nutmeg and black pepper in the sauce, with a breaded Parmesan crust. Streaky bacon cooked with garlic, rosemary and thyme till crispy, with a nice big juicy steak. With a side of rocket with balsamic and garlic (honey, grain mustard etc) dressing. Washed down with a good bottle of red.
