0.37Mb/s dl, 0.365Mb/s up and ping is 1017ms, anyone else? 10Mb/s normally.

Fixed itself after a modem reboot and computer restart.

downstream power quite high, should be causing any problems though. The upsteam modulation is on QPSK which indicated a problem network side, buts thats about all I can see from those stats

Downstream power level; is too high, you need a tech out to adjust it.

I read 'Ambit 256 modem is spec'd for downstream in the range -15 to +15 dBmv', this is the modem I have here.

The little green graph on the Speedtest is all over the place, not steady like it used to be, ie it's spiky.Makes me wonder if someone has been in the street cabinet again, the phone side was disconnected recently. :(

just ring virgin, i think pip is resorting to alcoholism at the moment he is having mood swings like a pregnant woman. either way you will need to ring virgin, then they will tell you if there is an area fault or a power level problem
