Not that it bothers me personally - I never listen to radio anyway. |
Re: V+ Radio channels recording
I was very disappointed when I first got a V+ (SA) box that I couldn't record radio as I listen to Radio 4 a lot - in fact I raised a formal complaint at the time about this as I felt it should be made clearer pre-sale. I was really pleased when I found out that the Samsung box could do this. When I requested a replacement box I was told that, as a long-standing customer, they would try to accommodate this but eventually was told that there was no way I could have a replacement box, even though I was prepared to pay for it. Has anyone succeeded in getting a replacement?

Re: V+ Radio channels recording
The V+ would only be replaced if your existing one had a fault. However, you could upgrade to TiVo, which can also record radio.
ps. Welcome to the forum! |
Re: V+ Radio channels recording
May do that - although it's a bit pricey as I only have M TV and despite what it says on the website it's only available with M+ or higher - so an extra £9.50 a month. I shall think about it though....
