There does seem to be a bit of confusion over this....

It is a permanent change, to align ex-TW users with ex-NTL. A billing correction should be automatically applied for people who previously subscribed to Cinemagic if they also subscribe all Sky Movies channels. Perhaps that correction hasn't gone through yet and will be on next month's bill.

Note Cinemagic isn't free if you only subscribe to some of the Sky Movies channels.

Yes, but the OP wouldn't have got it unless he subscribed to it in the first place.

OP, when you subscribed to the channel, what did they tell you the price would be?

Cheers! :) ... I thought I was going mad... I was sure I'd seen something about it, but then couldn't find an external link about it..

I think the OP may of had it as a stand alone channel and it should have been removed.

I am confused by the nature of this channel being free?

For the last 8 or so months I have been watching this channel without paying any additinal charge, when I queried VM they said it was a promotional offer.

At times VM are so secretive with their offers, you don't know you have been offered one.

If you are on VIP, Cinemagic is already included in the package. Have you checked you discount package. On your bill, all items are charged at heir full price and the discount is deducted at the end.

You should get a bill adjustment. I'm not sure when they are doing it, so I suggest you wait until the next bill and ring again if you haven't been refunded

You must be in an ex-NTL area. The recent change brings ex-TW into line.

Yes I am, so what is the combination that makes this channel free then as I am not on the VIP pack. I am on LX TV pack and Sky Sports & Movies channels?

It's a freebie if you have the full Sky Movies pack.
