Harriet Harman to be prosecuted.

Quote:

Cabinet minister Harriet Harman will be prosecuted for allegedly driving without due care and attention and driving while using a hand-held mobile phone, the Crown Prosecution Service has said.

Hooray!

I'll drink a toast to that!

Speeding, failing to pay fines, now facing prosecution for this - what a thoroughly fine example she is to us all - just like so many of her colleagues....

Pity the former Solicitor General can't be done for being an MP and government minister without due care and attention!

Who all mysteriously avoid being convicted.

Quote:

A spokeswoman for the Crown Prosecution Service said Ms Harman had been advised that she faces prosecution.
She added it would be for the police to obtain a summons from a magistrates court to be served on Ms Harman - a method of bringing someone before a court without formally charging them.
Does that mean that, just by coincidence that she will not have to have her DNA and fingerprints taken and stored as she will not have been arrested?

She'll be announced President of Europe any moment now and be immune from prosecution...

I'm glad she is being prosecuted because they usually get away with it!
