It's happening more and more and the biggest reason is because they have no fear of the law or the consequences of breaking it. We really do have to start punishing harshly and in unpleasant surroundings as most of these little low lifes are way too fond of their comforts to want to keep going back to a place that is harsh, hard work and brutal in dealing with them.

I know the usual suspects will tell me how that isn't the way but i wonder how many more of these types of incident need to happen how many more innocent people need to be harmed before they realise that there are some living amongst us that have no respect and no intention to be decent members of our society and should be treated as badly by society as they would treat society if they were allowed.

I'm sure that, myself along with most(hopefully) other people wouldn't do that sort of thing because they know that it would be totally wrong and not have to rely on the threat of punishment as a deterrent.

I really do think that a lot of this behaviour stems from an absence of adequate parental control from an early age. By the time these children hit double figures they've lost any self respect they may have had and are used to doing what they want and getting their way by whatever means they feel they need to resort to. Punishing these kids, whilst necessary, doesn't solve the problem of what to do about those parents who bring children into the world and thereafter effectively abandon them to the streets, gangs and/or the 'care' of others.

Whatever happened to 'zero tolerance' and 'three strikes and you're out'?...

because to do any thing else would cause tensions in what ever community they belong to ,and that will not do in this multicultural haven we all reside in ,things must always seem peaceful and calm , they will walk away from this imo .
