Need address of Head of VM

This may not be the correct forum for this but as the original complaint was billing i feel it appropiate to post here

This has now gone beyond the employees of VM and needs someone at the top to look down upon what actually does or does not happen to resolve problems

So has anyone got the name and address of the main man/woman, the person at the top of the tree who might, just might, listen and get things done

If you send me a PM with your name and a contact number, I'll pass your details on to our high-level people in VM who have the power to get things moving.

This site is not VM owned. It's independent. The people that run this site do however have high level contacts within VM. I'd take up Russ's offer if I were you. I've seen many problems solved this way.

I don't work for VM. As I said we have high-level contacts who have never let us down in the past.

Thanks for your offer Russ, I am close to pulling my hair out

Thank you

No, just send me a private message with your name and a contact number, I'll do the rest.

Re: Need address of Head of VM

A RESULT AT LAST

I thought I would have one more try at resolving this before taking russ up on his offer.

So Yesterday I sent what I was hoping was my final E mail and in the contents stated that if they choose not to act then I would be contacting

"Mark Davidson........... Executive Director........... Customer Care"

I dont know who this guy is or how to contact him, but I believe it did the trick, because with one hour of sending the email VM were on the phone to me

A nice english speaking woman who knew all about my case resolved the problems there and then, and threw discounts at me like they were going out of fashion

So in conclusion, either this was just a sheer coincidence and it was my time, or VM generally want to protect this guy from their actual wrong doings

So thanks to you all especially Russ

Hi Russ, can i pass my details onto you as well, as i now have a question i wish to ask Mark Davidson,Executive Director, Customer Care after recieveing an email in his name from Virgin Media (with no reply address) about a change in their mail sevice to make things better for us - apparently we can no longer send a lot of certain type emails (even if rar'd or zipped up) to our friends as they "MAY" contain a virus - a act that i take as very big brotherish!!!
The fact that most people maintain there own security on the PC seems to be compleatly missed in this new control by Virgin. Microsoft Outlook tried the same thing but a free program enable you - the Adult and owner user of the PC to decide what file types you recived - as it should - freedom of choice.

File types include screen savers as well as the following

".ade", ".adp", ".bas", ".bat", ".chm", ".cmd", ".com", ".cpl", ".crt", ".dll", ".hlp", ".hta", ".inf", ".ini", ".ins", ".isp", ".jse", ".lib", ".lnk", ".mdb", ".mde", ".msc", ".msi", ".msp", ".mst", ".ocx", .pages, ".pcd", ".pif", ".reg", ".scr", ".sct", ".shb", ".shs", ".sys", ".url", ".vb", ".vbe", ".vbs", ".vxd", ".wsc", ".wsf" and ".wsh".

Hi :welcome:

The contacts are not there for this type of enquiry AFAIK... it's for when you've had a problem with VM and you have tried all the official routes to resolve your issue.

Your post is about you not liking a change to your e-mail service... you'd be better contacting us via the following methods:

most people commenting (me included) don't feel that it's an issue. The restrictions are being imposed by the use of google's mail service.

You can complain about the changes to the email platform but it will be to no avail and if you are really unhappy then try a non ISP email client like www.gmx,com.

Re: Need address of Head of VM

Due to the ways that Virgin Media have handled me and my family as a customer, I have considered the press, Ofgem and the FSA.

I am trying to contact a person or persons at the Head of management to ensure that one of your valuable employees is appreciated, he saved us both an incredible amount of time and money. He took it upon himself to make right most of the wrongs and provide the service that we would expect from Virgin Media.

I have tried looking up Mr Mark Davidson and Karen Ingham’s email address to notify them of said employee. Could someone please point me in the correct direction?

Without predigest

Hi, you do know that Virgin Media is nothing to do with this site right?
