Ordering A New Modem
I'm going to order a new modem on virginmedia.com but i've given up looking for the link. Does anyone know where it is?

Not sure why you need a ne one, but you may find an adsl one in the VM onlien shop.
VM online shop can be found here :- http://accessories.virginmedia.com/w...e/Default.aspx Or e-mail tech support if your modem isn't upto the BB speeds you need, and they should order you a new one. I had to and even though it was a two week wait for a reply, it came 24 hours after I recieved their e-mail. Hope this helps. |

VirginMedia do NOT sell Cable/ADSL modems. Period.

My 200 refused to work at 20, only 16.
Virgin changed it for a 255. Still I guess they could well have sorted out the problem by now. |

Those modems are for use via the telephone socket only.
