Cabinet: S5170105 (Top end of Wheatland Lane by the Poulton Road crossroads)

Its a double cabinet and the right side of the cabinet has been left open.

I think there should be a forum award for spotting open cabs and open holes with busted wires in them, you'd win every time ....

But I do think the best thing you can do is phone NTL (make sure you have a flask of tea with you before you start) with the cab number and postcode. There are plenty of NTL staffers on this site but never officially, so you can't guarantee the right person will see it.

Ive rang that number so many times with reports and nothing gets done and Seacombe aint the best place to have an open cab. lol.
