arnie to run for californian post
arnold schwarzenegger has annouced he will be running as a republican candidate for california
schwarzenegger is a conservative on economic issues but liberal on social issues he is a pro abortionist and favors gay rights http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertain...iz/3128015.stm on a side note the last 2 paragraphs are quite amusing :D |
Anybody remember the bit about President Schwarzenegger in Demolition Man?
|
I would put money on him winning the election
|
Well if that ex-wrestler could become governor somewhere, then Arnie can do it. Go Arnie!:D
|
Heck, ex-film stars have become Presidents before.
In the USA anything is possible. |
Think its time for an Arnie for President Campaign
|
You've gotta admit he's certainly got the tag lines:
I'll be back (Terminator and many others) - Loses first attempt I had to let him go (Commando) - Cabinet reshuffle |
Problem - Arnold was born in Austria (IIRC) so therefore cannot be president, that post is reserved for people who were born on US soil.
He can make it quite high in the political chain of command though :) |
He will never make it...most of the senators I have seen on tv can act...they have to!!!!!
|
Well, i suppose it depends on what sort of acting he has to do.... it's a shame he can't run for president... then all he'd have to do is read lines that are written for him and look stupid which he has proved he can ........ and the president they have at the moment does it so well too :naughty:
:argue: I can see him in the senate right now..... :p :D |
it was austria , i hope he does it tbh , arnie arnie arnie arnie :p :p :p :p
