Didn't know they were doing that. I know their starting a new channel called G4 for FREEview

I wouldn't hold your breath. They can't even bring themselves to put E4 in the base pack in line with other dtv providers. Swift, responsive, innovative products is not something I generally associate with ntl.

There are two other DTV providers who supply E4. The only one NTL are in competition with is Sky, who most certainly don't put E4 in the base back. Neither do Telewest -- it's included in their 'essential' pack, not their base pack.

After all, E4 is a premium channel, and one of the most desirable on digital TV. It wouldn't make any sense for them to put it in the base pack, as fewer people would get the Family Pack...

yes it has launched, its on the last channel in the list here, 9xx, just before the preview channel on 0. I noticed that a few minutes ago although i don't suppose ill ever watch it much :(

In the Celtic region this has launched on channel 145

I didn't think the new channels were out 'til the end of July ??

The six new Sky sourced channels launch at the end of the month.

QUESTION TO NTL...

Why is it so hard not to put E4 and E4+1 next to each other?

E4 is 144 and E4+1 is 145 yet they are seperated?

Can someone tell me why ****ty ntl cant put them both together? that goes for everything on there like music channels
