New BT Broadband
What do you guys think of this?
|
Re: New BT Broadband
Looks good - may drive NTeLewest to providing similar package, or even introduce HD early as a market differentiator
|
Re: New BT Broadband
ntl have still failed of offer a official package to challenge talk talk.So i wonder if ntl will challenge bt
|
Re: New BT Broadband

Re: New BT Broadband
It would be a good service, if it was not capped..

Phoned BT about the 40GB "limit"- it's just a guide. If you exceed the 40GB, they don't disconnect you, your speed dosn't slow down - you might just get a warning email. However is it continues then they might discuss the issue with you.... Think the total package is ok for what I want...free VOIP calls via the supplied homehub handset etc.... Free wireless homehub (router).. Check the new spec here (online today!) ---------- Post added at 10:33 ---------- Previous post was at 10:19 ---------- Quote:

Re: New BT Broadband
option 3 looks pretty good @ £26.99 but the cap is a bit of a turnoff .........but how does ntl react ?

You would shift the moon and the earth to tell us that there was a 40gb cap on the 'best' service had it been ntl, however its not its 'innovative and choice'. How innovative of them to already offer a service that Skype and MSN does. How very. |

The advertising campaigns stop, the proactive sales stop, and the phone call centres shut down. However people will still be able to sign-up online :) |

Not with out spending half my afternoon trawling through their disorganised (and unsearchable) site.
All I can tell you is what I was told by the director of customer services on the 22nd. If you don't belive me OB just say, we'll just have to wait and see won't we. |
