Was that around 18:00 hours, because everything fell apart (again) - I just assumed that with TAT-14 down, NTL were short of bandwidth with everybody logging on.

All seems Ok now.

a "black hat" is someone who hacks with malicious or destructive intentions, whereas "white hats" are the traditional, fact finding type of hackers
