Lovely food and wine from MsNTL (still enjoying). Not seen him around lately which is a shame as he did bring and give a lot of joy. But appreciated his time here nonetheless.

I noticed he's not been about for a while too, hope he's okay and I'm still eating some of those Italian delicacies courtesy of him as well :)

Firstly sorry to hear you were in hospital. Will your problem be life long . If so contact the local council. You'll be surprised what help they will give you

By the sound of it it will be life long. We already have a metal rail outside to get me up 3 front door steps. I may ask if they could pick up household waste from front doorstep as Mr T struggles to take it through the garage to front street. Many thanks for that Itshim.

my neighbour and friend has a number of mobility problems. Contacted Cardiff city Council. She was given a chair lift for the bath , a step to assist in getting in and out as well as a stair lift. Sorry don't know what service to ask for , but I bet someone here does

.

Community occupational therapy service, at least in Cardiff, just came back from friends house , so found paperwork for contact. Clearly it is not for Barry. But guess the name is likely to be the same

Occupational therapists (OTs) conduct assessments to determine individual needs and recommend specific adaptations. "

One visited us for about an hour, wrote her report, and as soon as the cash was available, the modifications were done in no time.

30 Free Range eggs from our neighbour. His boss donates loads of leftover fresh food stock to a charity, but the charity now refuses to accept eggs.
