When I googled I found some issue on the VM forum around Samsung S7 compatibility.


My router upgraded to it last week (maybe because my wife has an S7).

Our updated is done and both the wife and I have Samsung s7 Edge.

Before update our internet would drop out all the time but other things had no problems with connection and internet access

If it is a smart WiFi fix i turned that option off ages ago as didn't need it.

Smart wi-fi can be turned off? Good to know. It may be interfering with the landline cordless occasionally.

You can turn off the channel optimisation i.e. where the Hub will rescan for the best broadcast channel and change it's output.

The other Smart WiFi features depend on your SSID setup.

Got the update yesterday and my hub has been a nightmare since 2 days running now the hub 3 has rebooted for no apparent reason during the day

If you set the channel to manual and disable channel optimization I find that disables the most of the smart features

When i took my S7 upstairs last night it had lost Wifi strangely, i had to turn the wifi off and on again, so not sure what that issue was.

All you can do is try switching off the hub3 for 30 seconds and see if it downloads it when you switch it on again.

Just had increase in upload speed to 10Mbps so ratio 100/10 here in Teesside
