hello im just wondering if this seems normal i pay for the 350 down i get 387.90 mbps down and and 25 mbps up to day my upload has hit 38.92 mbps has anyone else got this ??

I have the upgrade too.

Quite pleased with that, no need to go for the higher tier coming out soon, unless that has an even higher upload rate.

If they're looking to stick with 10:1 then surely 500 would be 50 up?...

Also anyone on lower tiers seeing an upload increase? (IE 100meg to 10meg up?)

nothing to do with the update but if anyone is reporting issues to @virginmedia on twitter watch out @virginlIMedia are posing as them and will send you a DM asking for account details they are not linked to virgin in anyway dont give them anything just entertain them :-)

Telford area isn't on 35Mbps speed boost yet cos my mate has rebooted his hub 3 on his 350/20 and still at 20Mbps upload.

Interesting so they've also boosted the 200meg package from 12meg up to 20meg up, i wonder if they've done the same for 100 so it's 10 rather than 6?

I've always had 386Mb or more downstream, but never over 22Mb up. For that to happen your config would have to change. There is built-in leeway to account for natural loss, but that is allowed by your config.

have you run a speed test this evening? If there was a congestion issue this evening it should have cleared by now.
