What's sad is that he and Myra Hindley's conviction, was just six months from the Death penalty being abolished in the U.K.

Brady has always wanted to die, went on hunger strike but was being force fed. Myra tried to portray herself as reformed character and made a bid for her freedom before she died.

Feel so sorry for the family of Keith Bennett. The other families know where their children are, but they still don't know where he is. I hope the fire in Hell is nice and hot for Brady.

Good riddance.

I was listening to a guy on Radio 5 earlier. As a child he'd been enticed into their house by the prospect of food and would in all probability have been another victim had he not become suspicious and managed to escape by quickly climbing out of a window and running off. There could have been so many more victims of these monsters.

Pure evil comes to mind but I hope this news gives some comfort to those left behind even though the whole truth will never be known.

Good riddance, about 50 years late.

Seeing as his greatest wish was to die anyway, he's probably one of the reasons not to have the death penalty.

It's exactly people like Brady Hindley and Ian Huntly (I think, the Soham caretaker who murdered those girls) who deserve the death penalty. Them and people like Rolf Harris, Jimmy Saville etc.

Paul 16-05-2017 16:11

Re: Ian Brady Moors murderer dies

Rolf Harris & Jimmy Saville did not murder anyone.

I support the death penalty, but not for the crimes they committed.

Osem 16-05-2017 16:15

I don't think we should forget that Bradley and Hindley didn't just murder these poor children, they sexually abused and tortured them. They were **** of the worst possible type.

By having no long drop he would have died a slow painful death.

I agree with that, why give him what he wanted, Peter Sutcliffe on the other hand...

This evil pig has apparently requested his ashes be scattered on Saddleworth Moor, one last swipe at his victims, where he raped and killed some of them before burying them in shallow graves.

I live in close proximity and travel around Saddleworth a lot, I don't want the dust of this filthy thing anywhere around or near me.

Apparently the Coroner has said they will not release the body, unless they get assurances they will not scatter his ashes on the moors.

Re: Ian Brady Moors murderer dies

Bit of a feud has been going on in last hour, executive of Ian Brady's will has been saying he is angry with the Coroner saying it's not his business where Ian Brady's ashes are scattered.

But his lawyers have said there is no likelihood that his ashes will end up being scattered on Saddleworth Moors.

There better no be considering it, that evil ******* should have his body burned in acid and burned in to nothing, that nothing is left, not even dust.

Damien 17-05-2017 19:56

Re: Ian Brady Moors murderer dies

I wonder whose business it actually is? The executive of the will is presumably a lawyer obliged to do attempt to do this job so no shame on him but hopefully the coroner wins out.

Glasgow City Council has said it would refuse any request for the notorious murderer to be cremated in the area.

It's too late for any further recrimination or retribution.

Just burn the bugger and put his ashes in the bin.

Good riddance to bad rubbish!
