Can we pay to keep Jeremy Kyle/Judge Rinder/whatever big brother celeb off the screen? Having a test card would be a better use of broadcast spectrum.

I could not think of a more stupid idea if you paid me. How dare they try to force people to do what they think is right.

In protest, I will not record any programmes shown by ITV over the whole weekend. That means all ITV programmes will be boycotted in this family as everything we watch is pre-recorded or on demand/streamed.

Some girl complained a school bullied her - because they voted her "most likely to appear on Jeremy Kyle". :erm:

Ahhh yes, I remember now.

I'm sure that they will have worked this out so as not to lose much revenue.

If the idea to relax advertising restrictions goes through we may well see periods where no commercials are shown, followed by a blitz during a popular programme.

I can't for the life of me work out why they're doing this? I will be doing what I always do on a Saturdsy morning at this time, either in bed having just come in from my night shift or watching tv I've recorded or on demand stuff,programs I would of recorded or caught on demand anyway!
