Failed email sign in - Ox app suite?
 

Just tried to sign into one of my ntlworld email accounts and instead of the usual sign in screen, I got a blue page 'OX app suite'. I'm not going to enter my account and password in there so unable to access my email. Can anyone assist please? TIA

Working here came up with the standerd Red page asking for userid and password.

After trying numerous sign ins via different VM webpages I just managed to get into my inbox and opened an email but couldn't do anything else and got locked out. Trying the same thing again has caused the Ox app page to reappear...

Just tried deleting cookies and got the same result - nada! :shrug:

I just got that but having entered account name and pword the dreaded blue Ox app suite screen reappeared. Don't understand how I could get into my inbox a few minutes ago and now it's all gone again.

Same here. Must be a mirage, though, 'cos VM Service Status tells me there are no problems with email.

Must be the web interface. My e-mail client ( Thunderbird ) is collecting from all accounts no problems.

Yes I am struggling today, I use Thunderbird but that doesn't want to know, says something about protocol. I tried the VM e mail page earlier and was able to access it but now I can't.

Wow, just tried Thunderbird and it was OK, then I tried VM and alternates between red screen and white screen, on the www bar it finishes appsuite or something like it.
