Any one else watching this series, what are your thoughts on the program.

The 100 Series 7 on 4 Music! I didn’t know there was a 4 Music. Why? Not even HD. Mind boggles.

Very strange thing to be on a music channel.

They aren't in the Music section on the Sky EPG and haven't been for quite some time, they loaded the afternoon and evening schedules with sitcoms and reality content and are now General Entertainment. Similar to what happened with Yesterday, it's no longer in Factual for similar reasons.

Channel 4 has used 4Music to show remaining rights held by them for Supernatural and the The Good Place over the last year or so, so it's not the first time they've used it for shows that weren't getting the ratings they wanted.

Sounds as good as the Horror channel advertising themselves as the home of scifi and putting all Star Trek series and Andromeda on every evening.

Ironic that the trailer on other channels is in HD. Ridiculous. Won’t be watching it in SD it offends my eyes.

Apparently it’s been removed from the schedule and no one knows where and when now?

Someone told me late last night 15th November at 11pm. If true they've already lost faith in a 9pm slot, despite 4Music ratings being much lower typically than E4.

yup, I watched The 100 from the get go in HD. It is a great scifi series with many fantastic space scenes, action scenes and beautiful forest vistas. It deserves to be appreciated in all its glory.

4Viewers replied to user on Twitter: "Hi! We are still experiencing issues with 4Music, it is likely that #The100 will now be transmitted from 15 November - however, please do
keep an eye on the listing guides for further info
"

Another person told me this morning it was on every night that week on their guide. So they've went from 1 double bill a week to multiple days a week.

The CW is not moving forward with a prequel as many had hoped. I can only hope it gets picked up by another network who wishes to develop their scifi portfolio.

I do wonder what the author of the original books thinks. They went way past them as I understand it, and the TV show seems to have made big changes to the whole thing, I think the book franchise storylines, or anything that resembled them, ended in S2 or 3.

I gave up on it months ago, if they had planned to do it, they would have done so long ago. I predict no one else will be interested.

If it was going ahead then we would of known before the final season had finished, because they would of wanted the series to continue from one to the other.

Looks like it will now be shown 27th Nov in the early hours on E4. I’ll take that as a result. E4 HD.

So sad. I am assuming it has aired domestically previously. I have always been a strong advocate for putting these kind of series in peak time slots so they get the attention they deserve.

If you can get past the first episode of the new series it gets interesting. Can’t understand why it’s being broadcast at this time in the morning.

Agree. They start explaining something they set up in the previous series. That's as unspoilery as I can put it for others reading. Up to the point I've watched so far it's certainly unlike anything they've done on the show before. Not saying it's not been done elsewhere, but The 100 is very far from the source material now, from what I gather of the books.

If Channel 4 hadn't had those transmission problems on their channels I suspect the original 4Music 9pm would've gone ahead, similar to Supernatural. I can only imagine that the delay motivated part of their fanbase to complain that being on 4Music would mean it wasn't HD, and others who only get E4 via a Freeview relay transmitter complained they wouldn't see it at all, not even on All4 since 4Music content isn't on their app, as 4Music isn't as widely available on Freeview. Yet even after that they deemed the audience potential so low from previous series a graveyard slot would suffice to burn off the rights.

You had me wondering there until I realised you meant new season, not series.

Season 7 wraps everything up nicely IMO.
