HELLO

Im not a happy bunny at all I didnt get the dam update. Im fuming at virgin for this and now im going to have to wait until the end of October. Thinking of phoning retentions and threaten to cancel so that the agent might approve a update in my area straight away.

Are you actually for real?

They

a) will not let you leave because you don't have the update that isn't due to roll out till October

and

b) an agent can't give you the update just because you throw a hissy fit.

*Gasp* shock horror - breaking news Virgin didn't give everyone the update due to them rolling it out in stages, comical sources suggest people are thinking of leaving, reality sources suggest they don't have a leg to stand on and can not cancel a contract due to not recieving a update.

You wont want to know then that I got my update yesterday.

Going to take some time adjusting to the colour changes, but in all fairness, teh menu's look a lost crisper now.
